Poor distribution is the number one cause of failure.


I have heard it numerous times:
 “I will do marketing when my product is ready.” 

“We don’t have money for marketing, we put all our money into the product.”

 “Marketing? We are going to hire an intern.”

And they are all wrong. Because the number one reason why businesses fail is not a bad or wrong product. It is the failure to distribute the product and reach an interested audience. You should pay a lot more respect to distribution.
