Any product that was not easily available to Paleolithetic humans is off-limits in this diet. That means we have to stay away from processed foods – many of which contains added butter and sugar – shouldn’t be a part of this diet.
·         All dairy product, including butter, cheese,
·         Starchy vegetables, such as potatoes,
·         Artificial sweeteners
·         Processed and cured meats, hot dogs,
·         Highly processed foods.
