Being vegan is a standard of living, and I completely love it! I’ve been vegan for a decade now. The main difference
between vegetarians and vegans is vegetarians never eat any animal flesh. Like,
beef, chicken, fish, etc. but vegans go further and also ever consume anything
that comes from an animal. Like, egg, fur, etc.
I personally find being a vegan extremely satisfying. It gives me a chance at least three times a day to do something to make world a better place, and I enjoy that feeling. In fact, many doctors recommended plant based diet to people who have heart problem, blood pressure problem, diabetes or other health condition.
There are lots of different options on how to be truly vegan.
1. Food
Choice:
I
never eat any meat, seafood, dairy products, or honey. Someone once told me he “didn’t
eat anything that had a mom.” However you want to take it, vegans never eat
animals.
2. Fashion:
I
don’t buy anything with leather, wool or silk. You already own a lot of thing
made out of synthetic material.
3. Cosmetics
and Household Products:
I always try to buy products from brand that
do not test on innocent animals or have animal product in them.
4. Entertainment:
Many
vegan people never attend events that use animals as entertainment such as the
circus. The animals abused in circuses are stressed in that circus condition.
At the end, some people choose plant-based diets for all the option on this list and some choose to eat plant-based simply they don’t enjoy animal protein and dairy products, or they have sensitivities to them.
